The ISU-152 heavy armored gun was designed in the Soviet Union during World War II and was a powerful vehicle capable of destroying enemy armored targets and fortifications. Equipped with a 152mm gun, it was a key element of fire support for the Red Army. The vehicle’s design was based on the proven chassis of the IS heavy tank.
